Monofibre thread
Individually extruded: smooth or textured
Monofibre turf strips, individually extruded (smooth or textured) are bundled together unslit (!) as groups of fibres and anchored onto a carrier fabric which fixes the spacing dimensions.
Using this thread technology realises the highest levels of elasticity, optimal capability to be brushed back into position, and maximum fibre resistance to being worn away. The pitch fibres do not split, and as a result the pitch cannot become matted.
Maximum durability, and consistently good playing capability over the long term are the product of this leading-edge technology.

Polytan monofibre technology is absolutely ideal for the latest developments in skin-friendly, elastic and especially light rubber granulate in-fills, thanks to its anchoring qualities. |

Using either smooth or textured monofibre threads, wind and rain have no impact even on lightweight in-fill material. The pitch does not require watering, even during long periods of dry weather.
Accordingly, Polytan monofibre pitches are just as green and practically as good as a well-tended grass pitch, but significantly better for intensive use and under all weather conditions.
